Neil Island is best visited over 5 nights and 6 days. Havelock and Neil Island should be covered in at least four nights, but we recommend a minimum of one night and a maximum of two nights in Neil. Spending more than two days because there isn't much to see at Neil. 

Neil Island is a beautiful place to visit. However, the time you spend depends on what you want to do there. Ideally a day trip is enough to explore the attractions of Neil Island. But if you want to enjoy the beauty and solitude of the place, then we recommend staying one night at Neil. 

Neil Island is best known for its unrivalled biodiversity and vast expanse of dense tropical forests and greenery, which are complemented by white sand beaches and rich coral reefs. This small island, currently known as the Shaheed Dweep, covers an area of 13.7 square kilometres and is mostly covered in forest. 

Havelock is the most visited island in the Andaman Archipelago, and it is home to the well-known Radhanagar and Elephant beaches. This island is fairly populated and offers nearly all the amenities found in Port Blair. People do not visit Neil Island as frequently as they do Havelock.
